Tennille Shipwash has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2002 and has been practicing as a community association and bankruptcy attorney in the State of Florida. Prior to becoming a Partner of Garfinkel Whynot, Tennille was a Senior Attorney at Katzman Garfinkel in the collection and foreclosure department and an Associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Banking & Finance Litigation practice group where she focused on real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy litigation. Her passion and commitment is to community association representation.
Ms. Shipwash earned her law degree in 2002 and continued her legal education to earn a Master s in Law degree (LL.M) degree from St. John University in New York. She co-authored The Bench Brief for the 11th Annual Conrad B. Duberstein Moot Court Competition in New York City. Ms. Shipwash is a member of the Florida Bar, Georgia Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida.
